Athletes work with a coach to improve their game. Likewise, you can speed up the process of creating life changes and make the journey of getting to your goal much smoother by hiring a life coach.

A life coach will help you get clarity on your goals and give you tools to help you achieve them. To find out if this is the right time for you to get started, make an honest assessment of your commitment to the life coaching process. Simply answer yes or no to the following statements:
1. I am willing to do what’s necessary to reach my goals.
2. I welcome someone else’s viewpoint of my situation.
3. I am ready to fully invest in myself.
4. I am ready to get out of my comfort zone and try something new.
5. I am willing to make a commitment to changes so that I can get the benefits I am seeking.
6. I am ready to commit to the process, understanding that success doesn’t happen over night.
7. I am willing ask for support and accept the support when necessary.
8. I am ready to stop tolerating the things and people that cause stress, dissatisfaction and unhappiness in my life.
9. I am willing to meet the commitments and deadlines that I make to my coach.
10. I am ready to put myself first.
